Read the NWA’s message about Martin Luther King Day.

In 1957, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. told an audience in Montgomery, Alabama, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”

In the weather enterprise, one thing we ‘do for others’ is our work providing forecasts, educating people about weather and climate, holding outreach events, improving our knowledge of how the atmosphere works, and developing new forecasting tools and techniques.
